The company is a supplier or a dealer within the meaning of this Regulation. A supplier is a manufacturer established in the Union, the authorised representative of a manufacturer not established in the Union, or an importer, who places a product on the Union market. A dealer is a retailer or other natural or legal person who offers for sale, hire or hire purchase, or displays products to customers or installers in the course of a commercial activity, whether or not in return for payment.

Das Unternehmen ist Lieferant oder Händler im Sinne dieser Verordnung. Lieferant ist ein in der Union ansässiger Hersteller, der Bevollmächtigte eines nicht in der Union ansässigen Herstellers oder ein Importeur, der ein Produkt auf dem Unionsmarkt in Verkehr bringt. Händler ist ein Einzelhändler oder eine andere natürliche oder juristische Person, die im Rahmen einer Geschäftstätigkeit entgeltlich oder unentgeltlich Produkte an bzw. für Kunden oder Errichter zum Kauf, zur Miete oder zum Ratenkauf anbietet oder ausstellt.
