Description (English)
From this day the recovery duty in Article 8(1) also applies to the operators of the mobile equipment in Article 8(3)(b) and (c). For the leak check under Article 5, by contrast, paragraph 5 names 12 March 2027 as the last day of the exemption, so it starts only on 13 March 2027.

Ab diesem Tag gilt die Rückgewinnungspflicht des Artikels 8 Absatz 1 auch für die Betreiber der mobilen Einrichtungen nach Artikel 8 Absatz 3 Buchstaben b und c. Für die Dichtheitskontrolle nach Artikel 5 nennt Absatz 5 dagegen den 12. März 2027 als letzten Tag der Ausnahme; sie beginnt deshalb erst am 13. März 2027.
