Description (English)
From this day the leak check and the check intervals also apply to the operators of the mobile equipment in Article 5(3)(b) and (c). Article 5(5) exempts them "until 12 March 2027", so application starts on the following day.
Description (German)
Ab diesem Tag gelten Dichtheitskontrolle und Kontrollintervalle auch für die Betreiber der mobilen Einrichtungen nach Artikel 5 Absatz 3 Buchstaben b und c. Artikel 5 Absatz 5 nimmt sie „bis zum 12. März 2027" aus; die Anwendung beginnt deshalb am Tag danach.
