Where a leak is detected, the equipment or installation must be repaired without delay. For equipment subject to leak checks, the equipment must be checked by a certified natural person no earlier than 24 hours of operation and no later than one month after the repair, to confirm that the repair was successful. For the mobile equipment in Article 5(3)(a), (b) and (c) the check may be carried out immediately after the repair.
