Since 1 January 2025 building owners and construction undertakings must ensure that, when renovation, refurbishment or demolition work requires the removal of foam elements or of foams in laminated boards, emissions are avoided as far as possible by ensuring the destruction of the fluorinated greenhouse gases they contain. Where the gases are recovered, that may be done only by appropriately qualified natural persons. Where removal of foams in cavities or closed structures is not technically feasible, documentation to that effect must be drawn up, kept for five years and produced on request.

Januar 2025 sicher, dass bei Renovierungs-, Sanierungs- und Abbrucharbeiten, die die Entfernung von Schaumstoffelementen oder von Schäumen in beschichteten Platten erfordern, Emissionen so weit wie möglich vermieden werden, indem die Zerstörung der enthaltenen fluorierten Treibhausgase sichergestellt wird. Werden die Gase rückgewonnen, darf das nur durch angemessen qualifizierte natürliche Personen geschehen. Ist die Entfernung von Schäumen in Hohlräumen oder geschlossenen Strukturen technisch nicht durchführbar, sind Unterlagen darüber zu erstellen, fünf Jahre aufzubewahren und auf Verlangen vorzulegen.
