Description (English)
From 1 January 2027 a solar energy installation must be built on public non-residential buildings to be constructed and on new non-residential buildings with a useful floor area of more than 250 square metres.
Description (German)
Ab dem 1. Januar 2027 ist auf einem zu errichtenden öffentlichen Nichtwohngebäude und auf einem neuen Nichtwohngebäude mit mehr als 250 Quadratmetern Nutzfläche eine Solarenergieanlage zu errichten.
