Description (English)
From 1 January 2028 life-cycle greenhouse gas emissions must be determined for new buildings with more than 1 000 square metres of useful floor area and set out in a life-cycle greenhouse gas balance report.
Description (German)
Ab dem 1. Januar 2028 sind die Lebenszyklus-Treibhausgasemissionen für neu zu errichtende Gebäude mit mehr als 1 000 Quadratmetern Nutzfläche zu ermitteln und in einem Bericht zur Treibhausgas-Bilanz im Lebenszyklus auszustellen.
