Description (English)
From 1 January 2029 a solar energy installation must be built on existing public non-residential buildings with more than 750 square metres of useful floor area; the threshold of 2 000 square metres applying since 1 January 2028 is superseded.
Description (German)
Ab dem 1. Januar 2029 ist eine Solarenergieanlage auf bestehenden öffentlichen Nichtwohngebäuden mit mehr als 750 Quadratmetern Nutzfläche zu errichten; die seit dem 1. Januar 2028 geltende Schwelle von 2 000 Quadratmetern wird damit abgelöst.
