Ventilation systems above 70 kW that were more than 20 years old on 1 January 2027 must undergo their first inspection by 1 January 2029. The deadline belongs to the five-yearly inspection obligation for systems above 70 kW.
Description (German)
Lüftungsanlagen über 70 Kilowatt, die am 1. Januar 2027 mehr als 20 Jahre alt waren, sind bis zum 1. Januar 2029 erstmals zu inspizieren. Die Frist gehört zur Inspektionspflicht im Fünfjahresturnus für Anlagen über 70 Kilowatt.
