Where external building elements within the meaning of Annex 7 are renewed, replaced or installed for the first time in heated or cooled rooms of a building, the works must be carried out so that the affected areas do not exceed the thermal transmittance values of Annex 7. Alterations affecting no more than 10 % of the total area of the relevant element group are exempt. In the version in force from 1 January 2027 the former sentences 3 and 4 are deleted: the informative consultation before commissioning the design work and the contractor’s duty to point it out no longer apply. Werden bei beheizten oder gekühlten Räumen eines Gebäudes Außenbauteile im Sinne der Anlage 7 erneuert, ersetzt oder erstmalig eingebaut, sind diese Maßnahmen so auszuführen, dass die betroffenen Flächen des Außenbauteils die Wärmedurchgangskoeffizienten der Anlage 7 nicht überschreiten. Ausgenommen sind Änderungen von Außenbauteilen, die nicht mehr als 10 Prozent der gesamten Fläche der jeweiligen Bauteilgruppe des Gebäudes betreffen. Mit der ab 1. Januar 2027 geltenden Fassung entfallen die bisherigen Sätze 3 und 4: Das informatorische Beratungsgespräch vor Beauftragung der Planungsleistungen und die Hinweispflicht des ausführenden Unternehmens sind gestrichen.
