A water-based heating system must be hydronically balanced after a heating system has been installed for commissioning in buildings with at least six dwellings or other self-contained units. Taking account of all essential components, hydronic balancing comprises at least a room-by-room heat load calculation under DIN EN 12831 Part 1 in conjunction with DIN/TS 12831 Part 1, examination and where necessary optimisation of the heating surfaces with a view to the lowest possible flow temperature, and adjustment of the flow temperature control. It must be carried out under method B of the ZVSHK technical rule on optimising existing heating systems or an equivalent method. The confirmation of hydronic balancing must be recorded in writing, including the setting values, the heat load of the building, the set output of the heat generators, the room-by-room heat load calculation, the design temperature, the control settings and the pressure in the expansion vessel, and communicated to the responsible person; on request it must be presented to the tenant without delay. Ein Heizungssystem mit Wasser als Wärmeträger ist nach dem Einbau oder der Aufstellung einer Heizungsanlage zum Zweck der Inbetriebnahme in Gebäuden mit mindestens sechs Wohnungen oder sonstigen selbständigen Nutzungseinheiten hydraulisch abzugleichen. Der hydraulische Abgleich umfasst unter Berücksichtigung aller wesentlichen Komponenten mindestens eine raumweise Heizlastberechnung nach DIN EN 12831 Teil 1 in Verbindung mit DIN/TS 12831 Teil 1, die Prüfung und nötigenfalls Optimierung der Heizflächen im Hinblick auf eine möglichst niedrige Vorlauftemperatur und die Anpassung der Vorlauftemperaturregelung. Er ist nach dem Verfahren B der ZVSHK-Fachregel „Optimierung von Heizungsanlagen im Bestand“ oder einem gleichwertigen Verfahren durchzuführen. Die Bestätigung des hydraulischen Abgleichs ist einschließlich der Einstellungswerte, der Heizlast des Gebäudes, der eingestellten Leistung der Wärmeerzeuger, der raumweisen Heizlastberechnung, der Auslegungstemperatur, der Einstellung der Regelung und des Drucks im Ausdehnungsgefäß schriftlich festzuhalten und dem Verantwortlichen mitzuteilen; auf Verlangen ist sie dem Mieter unverzüglich vorzulegen.
