Description (English)
The inspecting person must draw up an inspection report containing the results of the inspection and advice in the form of brief technical recommendations on measures for the cost-effective improvement of the energy characteristics of the system, on its replacement or on alternative solutions. The report must be signed personally or bear a facsimile signature, stating the name, address and professional title of the inspector and the date of the inspection and of issue, and must be handed over to the operator. Before handover the registration number allocated under Section 98(2) must be entered. This obligation is recorded separately because a different party performs it: it is addressed to the inspecting person under Section 77(1), not to the operator of the system. Inspection reports are subject to sample checks by the competent authority under Section 99. Further references: Section 78(1) to (3), Sections 77, 98 and 99, Section 108(1), point 16.
