Description (English)
Administrative fine of up to fifty thousand euros. It is an administrative offence to construct a building incorrectly contrary to Section 15(1), Sections 16, 18(1), sentence 1, or Section 19, to fail to ensure insulation of a top storey ceiling contrary to Section 35(1), sentence 1, to carry out a measure on external building elements incorrectly contrary to Section 36, sentence 1, or to fail to ensure that a central heating system or heating installation is equipped or that heat emission or absorption of pipes and fittings is limited contrary to Section 61(1), sentence 1, Section 63(1), sentence 1, or Sections 69 and 70.
Description (German)
Geldbuße bis zu fünfzigtausend Euro. Ordnungswidrig handelt, wer vorsätzlich oder leichtfertig ein Gebäude entgegen § 15 Absatz 1, den §§ 16, 18 Absatz 1 Satz 1 oder § 19 nicht richtig errichtet, entgegen § 35 Absatz 1 Satz 1 nicht dafür sorgt, dass eine oberste Geschossdecke gedämmt ist, entgegen § 36 Satz 1 eine Maßnahme an Außenbauteilen nicht richtig ausführt oder entgegen § 61 Absatz 1 Satz 1, § 63 Absatz 1 Satz 1 oder den §§ 69 und 70 nicht dafür Sorge trägt, dass eine Zentralheizung oder eine heizungstechnische Anlage ausgestattet oder die Wärmeabgabe oder Wärmeaufnahme von Leitungen und Armaturen begrenzt ist.
