Description (English)
Administrative fine of up to ten thousand euros. Among the offences covered are: failing to have an inspection of air conditioning systems carried out, or carried out correctly or in time, contrary to Section 74(1); carrying out an inspection contrary to Section 77(1); failing to ensure that an energy performance certificate or a copy is handed over contrary to Section 80(1), sentence 2; failing to present or hand over a certificate correctly, completely or in time contrary to Section 80(4), sentences 1, 4 or 5; failing to ensure the correctness of data contrary to Section 83; failing to ensure that a property advertisement contains the mandatory information contrary to Section 87(1); and issuing a certificate contrary to Section 88(1).

Geldbuße bis zu zehntausend Euro. Bewehrt sind unter anderem: eine Inspektion von Klimaanlagen entgegen § 74 Absatz 1 nicht, nicht richtig oder nicht rechtzeitig durchführen zu lassen, entgegen § 77 Absatz 1 eine Inspektion durchzuführen, entgegen § 80 Absatz 1 Satz 2 nicht sicherzustellen, dass ein Energieausweis oder eine Kopie übergeben wird, entgegen § 80 Absatz 4 Satz 1, 4 oder 5 einen Energieausweis nicht, nicht richtig, nicht vollständig oder nicht rechtzeitig vorzulegen oder zu übergeben, entgegen § 83 nicht dafür Sorge zu tragen, dass die Daten richtig sind, entgegen § 87 Absatz 1 nicht sicherzustellen, dass die Immobilienanzeige die Pflichtangaben enthält, und entgegen § 88 Absatz 1 einen Energieausweis auszustellen.
