DNS service providers, TLD name registries, entities providing domain name registration services, cloud computing service providers, data centre service providers, content delivery network providers, managed service providers, managed security service providers and providers of online marketplaces, online search engines and social networking services platforms submit to the competent authorities by 17 January 2025 the name of the entity, where applicable the relevant sector, subsector and type of entity under Annex I or II, the address of the main establishment and of the other establishments in the Union or, where not established in the Union, the address of the representative designated under Article 26(3), up-to-date contact details including email addresses and telephone numbers, the Member States where they provide services and their IP ranges. Where those particulars change, they notify the competent authority without delay and in any event within three months of the date of the change. The single point of contact forwards the particulars — with the exception of the IP ranges — to ENISA, which maintains a Union-wide registry.

DNS-Diensteanbieter, TLD-Namenregister, Einrichtungen, die Domänennamen-Registrierungsdienste erbringen, Anbieter von Cloud-Computing-Diensten, Anbieter von Rechenzentrumsdiensten, Betreiber von Inhaltszustellnetzen, Anbieter verwalteter Dienste und verwalteter Sicherheitsdienste sowie Anbieter von Online-Marktplätzen, Online-Suchmaschinen und Plattformen für Dienste sozialer Netzwerke übermitteln den zuständigen Behörden bis zum 17. Januar 2025 den Namen der Einrichtung, gegebenenfalls den einschlägigen Sektor, Teilsektor und die Art der Einrichtung nach Anhang I oder II, die Anschrift der Hauptniederlassung und der sonstigen Niederlassungen in der Union oder — bei fehlender Niederlassung in der Union — die Anschrift des nach Artikel 26 Absatz 3 benannten Vertreters, aktuelle Kontaktdaten einschließlich E-Mail-Adressen und Telefonnummern, die Mitgliedstaaten, in denen sie Dienste erbringen, sowie ihre IP-Adressbereiche. Ändern sich diese Angaben, unterrichten sie die zuständige Behörde unverzüglich, in jedem Fall aber innerhalb von drei Monaten ab dem Tag der Änderung. Die zentrale Anlaufstelle leitet die Angaben — mit Ausnahme der IP-Adressbereiche — an die ENISA weiter, die daraus ein unionsweites Register führt.
