Description (English)
The competent authority may order the entity to make public aspects of infringements of this Directive in a specified manner. The power exists in relation to essential entities (Article 32(4), point (h)) and important entities (Article 33(4), point (g)) alike. In addition, the authority may order the entity to inform the natural or legal persons potentially affected by a significant cyber threat of the threat and of any possible protective or remedial measures, and the CSIRT may request the entity to inform the public about a significant incident (Article 23(7)).

Die zuständige Behörde kann die Einrichtung anweisen, Aspekte der Verstöße gegen diese Richtlinie entsprechend bestimmten Vorgaben öffentlich bekannt zu machen. Die Befugnis besteht gegenüber wesentlichen Einrichtungen (Artikel 32 Absatz 4 Buchstabe h) und gegenüber wichtigen Einrichtungen (Artikel 33 Absatz 4 Buchstabe g) gleichermaßen. Daneben kann die Behörde die Einrichtung anweisen, die potenziell von einer erheblichen Cyberbedrohung betroffenen natürlichen oder juristischen Personen über die Bedrohung und mögliche Abwehr- oder Abhilfemaßnahmen zu unterrichten, und das CSIRT kann die Einrichtung auffordern, die Öffentlichkeit über einen erheblichen Sicherheitsvorfall zu informieren (Artikel 23 Absatz 7).
