Description (English)
Without entry in the producer register of the Member State concerned, producers may not make packaging or packaged products available there for the first time and may not unpack packaged products without being the end user. The prohibition follows directly from the Regulation and applies in addition to the national penalties under Article 68.

Ohne Eintragung im Herstellerregister des betreffenden Mitgliedstaats dürfen Hersteller dort keine Verpackungen oder verpackten Produkte erstmals bereitstellen und keine verpackten Produkte auspacken, ohne Endabnehmer zu sein. Das Verbot wirkt unmittelbar aus der Verordnung und tritt neben die nationalen Sanktionen nach Artikel 68.
