A temporary prohibition of up to three years banning the statutory auditor, the audit firm or the key sustainability partner from carrying out assurance of sustainability reporting and/or from signing assurance reports on sustainability reporting.

Ein befristetes Verbot von bis zu drei Jahren, Bestätigungen der Nachhaltigkeitsberichterstattung durchzuführen oder Prüfungsvermerke zur Nachhaltigkeitsberichterstattung zu unterzeichnen; es kann gegen den Abschlussprüfer, die Prüfungsgesellschaft oder den verantwortlichen Nachhaltigkeitspartner verhängt werden.
