Date on which the data centre started or will start operation, as an ISO date. The Act ties different requirements to the 1 July 2026, 1 July 2027 and 1 July 2028 cut-offs.

Datum, an dem das Rechenzentrum den Betrieb aufgenommen hat oder aufnehmen wird, als ISO-Datum. Das Gesetz knüpft unterschiedliche Anforderungen an die Stichtage 1. Juli 2026, 1. Juli 2027 und 1. Juli 2028.
