The operator of a publicly accessible hydrogen refuelling station or, where the operator is not the owner, its owner ensures, in accordance with the arrangements between them, that the station is designed for passenger cars and light-duty vehicles as well as for heavy-duty vehicles. The design is therefore not limited to one vehicle class.
