The operator or — in accordance with the arrangements between them — the owner ensures that static and dynamic data on the publicly accessible alternative fuels infrastructure operated and on the services inseparably linked to it are available free of charge. The deadline was 14 April 2025. The catalogue is set out exhaustively in Article 20(2) and covers static data on the operator and owner, the number of points, support staff and telephone support, the geographic location including GNSS coordinates, address, opening hours, time zone, vehicle compatibility, the number of parking spaces including those for people with disabilities and the payment options present; further static data on recharging infrastructure such as the point identifier, the number and type of connectors, current type, maximum power of the station and of the point, mobility service providers offering contract-based services, plug-and-charge, smart recharging services and whether the electricity is 100 % renewable; corresponding data for hydrogen and liquefied methane; and dynamic data on operational status, availability and ad hoc price. The format is governed by Implementing Regulation (EU) 2025/655: the data must be made available in accordance with the format specifications in its Annex and, from 14 April 2026, additionally in accordance with the relevant alternative fuels data model in DATEX II format complying at least with CEN/TS 16157-10:2022 (Article 1(1)(b) of that Regulation). The data types in paragraph 2 were replaced by Delegated Regulation (EU) 2025/671 with effect from 14 April 2025; the Commission may add to them under paragraph 6, with appropriate transitional periods under paragraph 8.

Der Katalog ist in Artikel 20 Absatz 2 abschließend aufgeführt und umfasst statische Daten zu Betreiber und Eigentümer, Zahl der Ladepunkte, Unterstützungspersonal und Telefonunterstützung, geografischen Standort einschließlich GNSS-Koordinaten, Anschrift, Öffnungszeiten, Zeitzone, Fahrzeugkompatibilität, Zahl der Parkstellplätze einschließlich derer für Menschen mit Behinderungen sowie die vorhandenen Zahlungsoptionen; weitere statische Daten zur Ladeinfrastruktur wie ID-Code des Ladepunkts, Zahl und Art der Ladestecker, Stromart, maximale Ladeleistung von Station und Ladepunkt, Mobilitätsdienstleister mit vertragsbasierten Diensten, Plug-and-Charge, intelligente Aufladedienste und die Angabe, ob der Strom zu 100 Prozent aus erneuerbaren Quellen stammt; entsprechende Angaben zu Wasserstoff und Flüssigmethan; sowie dynamische Daten zu Betriebszustand, Verfügbarkeit und Ad-hoc-Preis. Für das Format gilt die Durchführungsverordnung (EU) 2025/655: Die Daten sind nach den Formatspezifikationen ihres Anhangs bereitzustellen und ab dem 14. April 2026 zusätzlich nach dem einschlägigen Datenmodell für Daten über alternative Kraftstoffe im DATEX-II-Format, das zumindest CEN/TS 16157-10:2022 entspricht (Artikel 1 Absatz 1 Buchstabe b jener Verordnung). Die Datenarten in Absatz 2 sind durch die Delegierte Verordnung (EU) 2025/671 mit Wirkung vom 14. April 2025 neu gefasst worden; die Kommission kann sie nach Absatz 6 weiter ergänzen, mit angemessenen Übergangsfristen nach Absatz 8.
