At recharging and refuelling points, operators provide relevant, consistent and clear information on which motor vehicles placed on the market can regularly be refuelled or recharged there. Whether vehicles and infrastructure, or fuels and vehicles, are compatible is determined by the technical specifications in points 10.1 and 10.2 of Annex II. Where those specifications refer to a graphical expression including a colour coding scheme, it must be displayed in a clearly visible manner — at refuelling points by the operator on the corresponding fuel dispensers and their nozzles, from the moment the fuels are placed on the market. Where labelling requirements are updated or new standards developed, the respective requirements apply at the latest 24 months after adoption of the relevant implementing act (Article 19(5)). An Ladepunkten und Zapfstellen stellen die Betreiber sachdienliche, in sich widerspruchsfreie und verständliche Informationen darüber bereit, welche in Verkehr gebrachten Kraftfahrzeuge dort regelmäßig betankt oder aufgeladen werden können. Ob Fahrzeuge und Infrastrukturen oder Kraftstoffe und Fahrzeuge kompatibel sind, richtet sich nach den technischen Spezifikationen in Anhang II Nummern 10.1 und 10.2. Verweisen diese Spezifikationen auf eine grafische Darstellung einschließlich Farbcodierung, so ist diese gut sichtbar anzubringen — bei Zapfstellen durch den Betreiber an den entsprechenden Kraftstoffpumpen und ihren Zapfventilen, und zwar ab dem Zeitpunkt, zu dem die Kraftstoffe in Verkehr gebracht werden. Werden Kennzeichnungsvorschriften aktualisiert oder neue Normen entwickelt, gelten die jeweiligen Vorschriften spätestens 24 Monate nach Annahme des betreffenden Durchführungsrechtsakts (Artikel 19 Absatz 5).
