The operator displays the ad hoc price in such a way that it is known to the end user before the recharging session is initiated and that price comparison is facilitated. The extent depends on the rated output. At points of 50 kW or more, the ad hoc price per kWh and any fees per minute must be displayed at the recharging station (Article 5(4), second subparagraph). At points below 50 kW, the information on the ad hoc price with all its price components must be made clearly and easily available, in this order: price per kWh, price per minute, price per session and any other applicable price component (Article 5(4), third subparagraph). The first and second subparagraphs apply to all points erected from 13 April 2024. At publicly accessible hydrogen refuelling stations, the ad hoc price per kg must be displayed clearly, likewise before the session is initiated (Article 7(3)). The rule set of this obligation covers operators of publicly accessible recharging points and of hydrogen refuelling points alike, so that an operator running hydrogen refuelling points only also sees the duty. An Ladepunkten unter 50 kW sind die Informationen über den Ad-hoc-Preis mit allen Preiskomponenten klar und leicht zugänglich bereitzustellen, und zwar in dieser Reihenfolge: Preis pro Kilowattstunde, Preis pro Minute, Preis pro Ladevorgang und jede andere anwendbare Preiskomponente (Artikel 5 Absatz 4 Unterabsatz 3). Die Unterabsätze 1 und 2 gelten für alle ab dem 13. April 2024 errichteten Ladepunkte. An öffentlich zugänglichen Wasserstofftankstellen ist der Ad-hoc-Preis pro Kilogramm deutlich auszuweisen, ebenfalls vor Einleitung des Vorgangs (Artikel 7 Absatz 3). Das Regelwerk dieser Pflicht erfasst Betreiber öffentlich zugänglicher Ladepunkte und Betreiber von Wasserstoffzapfstellen gleichermaßen, damit auch ein reiner Wasserstoffbetreiber die Pflicht sieht.
