Description (English)
Member States must introduce a renovation passport scheme by 29 May 2026 based on the common framework in Annex VIII. The passport is used voluntarily by building owners unless a Member State makes it mandatory. It is issued by a qualified or certified expert after an on-site visit in digital format, contains a step-by-step roadmap for turning the building into a zero-emission building and may be issued together with the energy performance certificate.

Die Mitgliedstaaten führen bis zum 29. Mai 2026 ein System von Renovierungspässen nach dem gemeinsamen Rahmen des Anhangs VIII ein. Der Pass wird von Gebäudeeigentümern freiwillig genutzt, es sei denn, ein Mitgliedstaat schreibt seine Nutzung vor. Er wird von einer qualifizierten oder zertifizierten Fachperson nach einer Inaugenscheinnahme in digitalem Format ausgestellt, enthält einen stufenweisen Fahrplan zur Umwandlung des Gebäudes in ein Nullemissionsgebäude und kann gemeinsam mit dem Ausweis über die Gesamtenergieeffizienz erstellt werden.
