Member States may postpone the requirement of Article 14(2) until 1 January 2029 for non-residential buildings renovated in the two years before 28 May 2024 under Article 8(3) of Directive 2010/31/EU.

Die Mitgliedstaaten können die Anforderung des Artikels 14 Absatz 2 für Nichtwohngebäude, die in den zwei Jahren vor dem 28. Mai 2024 nach Artikel 8 Absatz 3 der Richtlinie 2010/31/EU renoviert wurden, bis zum 1. Januar 2029 aufschieben.
