Existing non-residential buildings with more than 20 parking spaces must from 1 January 2027 have one recharging point per ten parking spaces or ducting infrastructure on at least 50 per cent of the parking spaces.
Description (German)
Bestehende Nichtwohngebäude mit mehr als 20 Stellplätzen müssen ab dem 01.01.2027 über einen Ladepunkt je zehntem Stellplatz oder über Leitungsinfrastruktur auf mindestens 50 Prozent der Stellplätze verfügen.
