Description (English)
From 1 January 2027 the list of offences is recast in line with the new fitting-out duties: failure to fit out the parking spaces in the manner prescribed by sections 6(1) no. 1, 6(2) no. 1, 7(1) sentence 1 no. 1, 7(2) sentence 1 no. 1, 8, 9(1) sentence 1 no. 1, 9(2) sentence 1 no. 1, 10(1) sentence 2 or 10(2) sentence 2; failure to install at least one recharging point contrary to section 6(1) no. 2 or (2) no. 2; failure to install at least one recharging point per second or per fifth parking space contrary to section 7(1) or (2) or section 9(1) or (2); and failure, contrary to section 10(1) sentence 1 or (2) sentence 1, to install a recharging point for every tenth parking space and to fit out at least 50 per cent of the parking spaces. The maximum fine of EUR 10,000 is unchanged.

Ab dem 01.01.2027 ist der Katalog der Tatbestände an die neuen Ausstattungspflichten angepasst: Verstoß gegen die Ausstattung der Stellplätze nach § 6 Absatz 1 Nummer 1, Absatz 2 Nummer 1, § 7 Absatz 1 Satz 1 Nummer 1, Absatz 2 Satz 1 Nummer 1, den §§ 8, 9 Absatz 1 Satz 1 Nummer 1 oder Absatz 2 Satz 1 Nummer 1 oder § 10 Absatz 1 Satz 2 oder Absatz 2 Satz 2; Unterlassen der Errichtung mindestens eines Ladepunktes entgegen § 6 Absatz 1 Nummer 2 oder Absatz 2 Nummer 2; Unterlassen der Errichtung eines Ladepunktes je zweitem oder fünftem Stellplatz entgegen § 7 Absatz 1 oder 2 oder § 9 Absatz 1 oder 2; sowie das Unterlassen, entgegen § 10 Absatz 1 Satz 1 oder Absatz 2 Satz 1 einen Ladepunkt je zehntem Stellplatz zu errichten und mindestens 50 Prozent der Stellplätze auszustatten. Der Bußgeldrahmen von 10.000 Euro bleibt unverändert.
