The Act is signed into law (date of execution).
The Act enters into force on the day after its promulgation of 24 March 2021.
Existing non-residential buildings with more than 20 parking spaces must have a recharging point installed after 1 January 2025.
The amending Act of 23 July 2026 is signed into law.
Cut-off date of the transitional rule: for projects whose building application was made up to the end of 31 December 2026, sections 6 to 9 continue to apply in the version in force until that date.
Article 7 of the amending Act, which reshapes the GEIG, enters into force.
