Description (English)
Because the Federal Network Agency may regularly check compliance with the technical requirements under section 3 and with Article 5(1), (2), (7), (8) and (10) and Annex II to Regulation (EU) 2023/1804 and require suitable evidence, the documents must be kept per point rather than assembled only on request.

Weil die Bundesnetzagentur die Einhaltung der technischen Anforderungen nach § 3 und der Anforderungen nach Artikel 5 Absatz 1, 2, 7, 8 und 10 und Anhang II der Verordnung (EU) 2023/1804 regelmäßig überprüfen und geeignete Nachweise verlangen kann, sind die Unterlagen je Ladepunkt vorzuhalten und nicht erst auf Anforderung zusammenzustellen.
