Description (English)
The Federal Network Agency may require a recharging point to be retrofitted in order to meet a technical requirement under section 3 or a requirement under Article 5(1), (2), (7), (8) or (10) or Annex II to Regulation (EU) 2023/1804. The retrofit affects the operator directly in economic terms and is the milder step before a prohibition.

Die Bundesnetzagentur kann verlangen, dass ein Ladepunkt nachgerüstet wird, um eine technische Anforderung nach § 3 oder eine Anforderung nach Artikel 5 Absatz 1, 2, 7, 8 oder 10 oder Anhang II der Verordnung (EU) 2023/1804 zu erfüllen. Die Nachrüstung trifft den Betreiber wirtschaftlich unmittelbar und ist die mildere Stufe vor der Untersagung.
