The provisions on sustainability reporting enter into force at the end of the day on which the Sustainability Reporting Act is published in the Federal Law Gazette. Publication took place on 18 February 2026, so entry into force is 19 February 2026.

Die Vorschriften über die Nachhaltigkeitsberichterstattung treten mit Ablauf des Tages der Kundmachung des Nachhaltigkeitsberichtsgesetzes im Bundesgesetzblatt in Kraft. Kundmachung war der 18.02.2026, Inkrafttreten daher der 19.02.2026.
