Description (English)
First point of application: the provisions apply to financial years beginning on or after 1 January 2024. This takes effect only together with the limitations in section 908(2) and (2a) — balance sheet dates before entry into force are excluded, and below EUR 450 million net turnover or 1,000 employees there is no obligation.

Erster Anwendungszeitpunkt: Die Vorschriften sind auf Geschäftsjahre anzuwenden, die am oder nach dem 1. Jänner 2024 beginnen. Wirksam wird das erst zusammen mit den Einschränkungen in § 908 Abs. 2 und 2a — Abschlussstichtage vor dem Inkrafttreten sind ausgenommen, und unterhalb von 450 Mio. Euro Umsatzerlösen oder 1 000 Arbeitnehmern besteht keine Pflicht.
