Description (English)
Before awarding work and at each renewal, obtain the certificate of competence of the persons deployed and the company certificate of the firm, check them against the activity actually commissioned, and track validity and refresher dates. Until the end of 12 March 2029, evidence issued under the previous law also remains valid.

Vor Auftragserteilung und bei jeder Verlängerung die Sachkundebescheinigung der eingesetzten Personen und das Unternehmenszertifikat des Betriebs einholen, auf die konkret beauftragte Tätigkeit prüfen und die Gültigkeits- und Auffrischungstermine nachhalten. Bis zum Ablauf des 12. März 2029 gelten auch die nach altem Recht ausgestellten Nachweise.
