Description (English)
Record the stock of old certificates of competence, certificates and company certificates and plan the switch under Section 7(1) and Section 10(2) so that it is complete before the end of 12 March 2029. An undertaking applying for a company certificate before that day may evidence the requirements for nine months with its old certificate and an acknowledgement of receipt.

Bestand an alten Sachkundebescheinigungen, Zertifikaten und Unternehmenszertifikaten erfassen und die Umstellung nach § 7 Absatz 1 und § 10 Absatz 2 so planen, dass sie vor dem Ablauf des 12. März 2029 abgeschlossen ist. Wer den Antrag auf ein Unternehmenszertifikat vor diesem Tag stellt, kann die Voraussetzungen neun Monate lang mit dem alten Zertifikat und einer Empfangsbestätigung nachweisen.
