Description (English)
The Regulation was adopted as Article 1 of the Ordinance of 14 April 2026 and entered into force on 17 April 2026 under Article 3 of that Ordinance. It replaces the Chemicals Climate Protection Ordinance of 2 July 2008.

Die Verordnung ist als Artikel 1 der Verordnung vom 14. April 2026 erlassen worden und nach deren Artikel 3 am 17. April 2026 in Kraft getreten. Sie ersetzt die Chemikalien-Klimaschutzverordnung vom 2. Juli 2008.
