Regulation-wide (no rule set) Operators of stationary refrigeration, air-conditioning and heat pump equipment in Germany from 5 tonnes CO2 equivalent Producers and distributors of fluorinated greenhouse gases in Germany Producers and distributors taking back gases, appointed third parties and operators of waste treatment facilities in Germany Undertakings in Germany carrying out activities on F-gas equipment that require certification Undertakings making labelled products and equipment available for use in Germany Operators in Germany contracting out work on equipment containing fluorinated greenhouse gases Sellers and purchasers of fluorinated greenhouse gases and sellers of charged equipment in Germany Operators of stationary refrigeration, air-conditioning and heat pump equipment in Germany with Annex II group 1 gases from a charge of 1 kilogram

Operators of the equipment referred to in Section 2(1) must ensure access to all detachable connections, in so far as this is technically possible and reasonable. The duty does not apply to hermetically sealed equipment labelled as such.

Die Betreiber der Einrichtungen nach § 2 Absatz 1 haben den Zugang zu allen lösbaren Verbindungen sicherzustellen, soweit dies technisch möglich und zumutbar ist. Die Pflicht gilt nicht für hermetisch geschlossene, als solche gekennzeichnete Einrichtungen.
