Producers and distributors of fluorinated greenhouse gases are obliged to take them back after use or to ensure that a third party appointed by them does so. The duty does not apply where the Ordinance on the disposal of used halogenated solvents applies.

Hersteller und Vertreiber fluorierter Treibhausgase sind verpflichtet, diese nach der Verwendung zurückzunehmen oder die Rücknahme durch einen von ihnen bestimmten Dritten sicherzustellen. Die Pflicht gilt nicht, soweit die Verordnung über die Entsorgung gebrauchter halogenierter Lösemittel anzuwenden ist.
