Description (English)
Anyone placing on the market, supplying or making available to third parties, for use in Germany, products or equipment subject to labelling under Article 12 of Regulation (EU) 2024/573 in conjunction with Implementing Regulation (EU) 2024/2174 must ensure that the information under Article 12(3) and Article 12(5), first and second sentence, of that Regulation appears in German in the instruction manuals and in advertising descriptions. Anyone supplying or installing equipment under Article 12(15), first sentence, of that Regulation for commissioning in Germany must additionally ensure that the label states the site-related safety requirements or national safety standards in German.

Wer nach Artikel 12 der Verordnung (EU) 2024/573 in Verbindung mit der Durchführungsverordnung (EU) 2024/2174 kennzeichnungspflichtige Erzeugnisse oder Einrichtungen für den Einsatz in Deutschland in Verkehr bringt, liefert oder Dritten zur Verfügung stellt, hat sicherzustellen, dass die Angaben nach Artikel 12 Absatz 3 und Absatz 5 Satz 1 und 2 der Verordnung in Bedienungsanleitungen und in Werbebeschreibungen auf Deutsch enthalten sind. Wer Einrichtungen nach Artikel 12 Absatz 15 Satz 1 der Verordnung für die Inbetriebnahme in Deutschland liefert oder installiert, hat zusätzlich sicherzustellen, dass die Kennzeichnung die standortbezogenen Sicherheitsanforderungen oder nationalen Sicherheitsnormen auf Deutsch nennt.
