Fluorinated greenhouse gases listed in Annex I or Annex II group 1 of Regulation (EU) 2024/573 may be sold, for the purposes set out in Article 11(6), first subparagraph, first sentence, of that Regulation, only to natural persons holding a certificate of competence or to undertakings employing such persons. Conversely, those gases may be purchased for the same purposes only by such persons or undertakings.

Fluorierte Treibhausgase nach Anhang I oder Anhang II Gruppe 1 der Verordnung (EU) 2024/573 dürfen für die in Artikel 11 Absatz 6 Unterabsatz 1 Satz 1 der Verordnung genannten Zwecke nur an natürliche Personen mit Sachkundebescheinigung oder an Unternehmen, die solche Personen beschäftigen, verkauft werden. Spiegelbildlich dürfen diese Gase für dieselben Zwecke nur von solchen Personen oder Unternehmen erworben werden.
