Description (English)
Equipment under Article 11(7) of Regulation (EU) 2024/573 — non-hermetically sealed equipment charged with fluorinated greenhouse gases — may be sold to end users only where they provide the seller with written evidence that the installation will be carried out by a natural person holding a certificate of competence or by a legal person or association holding a company certificate.

Einrichtungen nach Artikel 11 Absatz 7 der Verordnung (EU) 2024/573 — nicht hermetisch geschlossene, mit fluorierten Treibhausgasen befüllte Einrichtungen — dürfen an Endverbraucher nur verkauft werden, wenn diese dem Verkäufer schriftlich nachweisen, dass die Installation von einer natürlichen Person mit Sachkundebescheinigung oder von einer juristischen Person oder Personenvereinigung mit Unternehmenszertifikat ausgeführt wird.
