Description (English)
It is an administrative offence to sell fluorinated greenhouse gases contrary to Section 15(1), to purchase such gases contrary to Section 15(2), or to sell equipment referred to in Section 15(3) contrary to that provision, intentionally or negligently. The infringement is an administrative offence within the meaning of Section 26(1) no. 7(b) of the Chemicals Act and may be fined up to two hundred thousand euro under Section 26(3) of that Act.
Description (German)
Ordnungswidrig handelt, wer vorsätzlich oder fahrlässig entgegen § 15 Absatz 1 fluorierte Treibhausgase verkauft, entgegen § 15 Absatz 2 solche Gase erwirbt oder entgegen § 15 Absatz 3 eine dort genannte Einrichtung verkauft. Der Verstoß ist eine Ordnungswidrigkeit im Sinne des § 26 Absatz 1 Nummer 7 Buchstabe b des Chemikaliengesetzes und kann nach § 26 Absatz 3 des Chemikaliengesetzes mit einer Geldbuße bis zu zweihunderttausend Euro geahndet werden.
