Grandfathering: products placed on the market before this date are subject to the requirements only if they are substantially modified thereafter; the Article 14 reporting obligations apply to them regardless.

Bestandsschutz: Produkte, die vor diesem Tag in den Verkehr gebracht wurden, unterliegen den Anforderungen der Verordnung nur dann, wenn sie danach wesentlich geändert werden. Die Meldepflichten nach Artikel 14 gelten dagegen auch für diesen Bestand.
