Unless the information has already been provided, the manufacturer submits a final report to the coordinator CSIRT and ENISA within one month of the incident notification, with a detailed description of the incident including its severity and impact, the type of threat or root cause that likely triggered it, and the mitigation measures applied and ongoing.
