Verbandsklage: Die Richtlinie (EU) 2020/1828 über Verbandsklagen zum Schutz der Kollektivinteressen der Verbraucher ist auf Verstöße gegen diese Verordnung anwendbar, die den Kollektivinteressen der Verbraucher schaden. Qualifizierte Einrichtungen können deshalb Abhilfe- und Unterlassungsklagen erheben; die Verordnung wurde dafür in Anhang I jener Richtlinie aufgenommen.
