Administrative fines of up to EUR 10 000 000 or, for undertakings, up to 2 % of total worldwide annual turnover for the preceding financial year, whichever is higher, for infringements of Articles 18 to 23, 28, 30(1) to (4), 31(1) to (4), 32(1) to (3), 33(5), 39, 41, 47, 49 and 53.

Geldbuße von bis zu 10 000 000 EUR oder, im Falle von Unternehmen, bis zu 2 Prozent des gesamten weltweiten Jahresumsatzes des vorangegangenen Geschäftsjahres — je nachdem, welcher Betrag höher ist. Bewehrt sind Verstöße gegen die Pflichten der Artikel 18 bis 23 (Bevollmächtigte, Einführer, Händler, Zurechnung der Herstellerpflichten, Identifizierung der Wirtschaftsakteure), Artikel 28 (EU-Konformitätserklärung), Artikel 30 Absätze 1 bis 4 (CE-Kennzeichnung), Artikel 31 Absätze 1 bis 4 (technische Dokumentation), Artikel 32 Absätze 1, 2 und 3 (Konformitätsbewertung), Artikel 33 Absatz 5 sowie der Artikel 39, 41, 47, 49 und 53, die notifizierte Stellen und den Zugang zu Daten betreffen.
