Administrative fines of up to EUR 5 000 000 or, for undertakings, up to 1 % of total worldwide annual turnover for the preceding financial year, whichever is higher, for supplying incorrect, incomplete or misleading information to notified bodies or market surveillance authorities.

Geldbuße von bis zu 5 000 000 EUR oder, im Falle von Unternehmen, bis zu 1 Prozent des gesamten weltweiten Jahresumsatzes des vorangegangenen Geschäftsjahres — je nachdem, welcher Betrag höher ist —, wenn gegenüber notifizierten Stellen oder Marktüberwachungsbehörden auf deren Auskunftsverlangen hin falsche, unvollständige oder irreführende Angaben gemacht werden.
