Restriction or prohibition of making available on the market, withdrawal or recall of the product ordered by the market surveillance authority where the operator fails to take adequate corrective action within a reasonable period.

Beschränkung oder Untersagung der Bereitstellung auf dem Markt, Rücknahme oder Rückruf des Produkts durch die Marktüberwachungsbehörde. Stellt die Behörde fest, dass ein Produkt oder die Verfahren des Herstellers nicht konform sind, verlangt sie zunächst Abhilfe innerhalb einer angemessenen Frist; bleibt diese aus, ergreift sie alle geeigneten vorläufigen Maßnahmen, um die Bereitstellung auf ihrem nationalen Markt zu untersagen oder einzuschränken, das Produkt zurückzunehmen oder es zurückzurufen. Die Maßnahme kann sich über das Schutzklauselverfahren der Union auf den gesamten Binnenmarkt erstrecken.
