Have an energy audit carried out
Draw up an action plan from the audit recommendations and submit it to management
Set out the action plan and the implementation rate in the annual report and make them publicly available

Publish the energy performance information of the data centre annually
Procure only highly energy-efficient products, services, buildings and works above the procurement thresholds
Draw up a plan for more efficient operation of the district heating or cooling system and have it approved
Carry out a cost-benefit analysis at installation level
Monitor and quantify network losses and report them to the regulatory authority
Use the waste heat of the data centre
Comply with the Annex XIV requirements on connection rules and connection procedures
Assess long-term energy performance contracts when awarding energy-relevant service contracts
Publish the impact of the contract on energy efficiency in the TED notice
Description (English)
The system in place is certified by an independent body in accordance with the relevant European or international standards. Without that certification the obligation under Article 11(1) is not fulfilled.
