For contracts above the EU procurement thresholds, the contracting authority or entity makes the information on the impact of the contract on energy efficiency publicly available by publishing it in the relevant notice on the Tenders Electronic Daily (TED) website. The publication arises in every such award procedure. The Directive is formally addressed to the Member States; the obligation recorded here reaches the company only through national transposing law, which had to be in force by 11 October 2025.

Die Veröffentlichung fällt bei jedem solchen Vergabeverfahren an.
