Description (English)
Exemption date: data centres and information technology scheduled to go out of operation before 1 July 2027 are exempt from the requirements of Section 12(1), (2), (3) and (5). The operator has to provide the supporting evidence.

Ausnahmestichtag: Rechenzentren und Informationstechnik, die plangemäß vor dem 1. Juli 2027 außer Betrieb gehen, sind von den Anforderungen des § 12 Absätze 1, 2, 3 und 5 ausgenommen. Die Nachweise dafür hat der Betreiber zu erbringen.
